Fab Fir

Technically, Douglas Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) isn’t really a fir at all, but rather a distinct genus that embodies the spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Named after Scottish botanist Davis Douglas, the wood of the Douglas fir is hard and heavy, and features a tight, wide grain and exceptional resilience. Our Antique Impressions line showcases this striking species in its Cascadia Collection. A contemporary fusion of harmony, comfort, and style, Cascadia offers subtle hand-sculpting, wire-brushing and unique colour treatment processes. With 9 lustrous shades, and wide, long-length styling (8” wide and 8’ long), Cascadia is crafted using fully certified lumber from responsibly managed forests. Great styling and planet conscious – making it an eco-smart and chic choice!
