Growing productivity

We’ve known for many years that indoor plants are beneficial in many ways. Studies have shown that plants can purify the air and improve health. New research from Cardiff University’s School of Psychology reveals that plants in the workplace can also increase productivity by 15%. The idea is that plants tend to lower stress while increasing feelings of well-being and positive engagement. Their recommendation for the most productive and smart workspace: make it clean, lean and green.
